Educational Technology Center

Technology Services

Technology services at the ETC are related to all media technology (hardware & software) owned by the Plattsburgh City School District, including: computer hardware & software, VCRs, tape recorders, laser disk players, TVs, etc.

Some of the services provided to all District personnel are:

• Computer hardware purchasing
• Computer software purchasing
• AV hardware purchasing
• Maintaining equipment Inventory
• AV and computer supplies purchasing
• Tracking equipment repair
• Assistance with software installation and usage
• Trouble-shooting of technology related problems
