Attendance Policy

Please remember to report your child's absence or tardiness to school.  The attendance office will make every effort to contact parents when a student is considered absent for the day.  With parent contact, we are aware that the parent is informed of their child's absence or tardiness.  Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!  You can reach us at 561-7500 ext. 5002.  Messages can also be left for early morning or late night calls.

Working Cards For Students

See Mrs. Deso (reception desk near the auditorium) or visit our on-line forms link!

Students, ages 14-17, must follow these procedures to receive a working card!

1. Pick up and complete the application (to be signed by a parent or guardian);
2. Return the application to Mrs. Deso along with the following:
• original or copy of your birth certificate
• original or copy of your social security card
• the provided physical fitness form completed by a physician or the school nurse (if you had a physical for sports);
3. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Deso at your earliest convenience and she will assist you.
