Overview:Students must learn math facts. How students learn facts is most important. Estimation, mental math, checking reasonableness of results, and paper and pencil calculations, require the ability to give quick, accurate responses when using basic facts. Students need to first approach math facts as problems to be solved. they need to invent or learn strategies to find facts. We have completed strategies and learning experiences to teach and practice basic facts for mastery
