TRAVEL THE WORLD WITH THE MAGIC TREE HOUSE SERIES

Overview:This is an integrated ELA, MST, Social Studies 6-8 week unit. The goal is to provide a successful transition from picture book level to early chapter books. Using the Magic Tree House series, students will “travel the world”. Trees and treehouses will be the vehicle for displaying student work. Students will research areas visited. Note taking skills will also be introduced
